Please note: - The rooms either have traditional bathtubs, a round bath, or Italian showers Linens, sheets, and towels are provided. The beds will be freshly made on arrival. You will find toiletries in the bathrooms and a gourmet food basket in the kitchen.
Porto Pollo is a hamlet in Serra-di-Ferro. This small village is calm and peaceful in the winter, and becomes a pretty seaside resort in the summer without losing its tranquillity and quality of life. Previously a simple fishing location, naturally situated at the north of the Golf of Valinco, it is now a fully-fledged marina. Porto Pollo beach is sheltered, with a nautical base, ideal for children and teenagers. Discover the magnificent wild beach at Cupabia, a real relaxation zone and impressive natural space, with numerous pools and protected wetlands.
Must-sees: two Genovese towers - Capriona and Campannedda – which look over the region, the Easter celebrations at Porto Pollo, and a Mare e Monti southern hiking trail that passes through Porto Pollo. The village is 18km from Propriano, the ideal starting point to discover all the beautiful beaches in the south of Corsica, take a lovely walk by the sea, visit the picturesque villages, or hike in the mountains. You can take the ferry here from Marseille. The nearest airport is Ajaccio, 60km away.
