A few steps from "rue Montorgueil", "rue des Petits Carreaux" famous pedestrian and shopping street. You are far away from cars, this is a good choice to visit and enjoy the charms of Paris in all peace. From there, you can walk to the quartier "Les Halles" one of the most popular district of Paris with exceptional architecture because there still are lots of old luxurious hotels of the 17th century, which now house mainly museums. It's also the ideal place to have dinner and have a drink in a bar.
The nearest metro stations are Sentier and Etienne Marcel (line 3 and 4)

The apartment is located on the groundfloor of a 19th century building. The building is completely secured (1 electronic security door before you reach the apartment) Apartment is all brand new refurbished with vintage furnitures. All windows are double glazed and equipped with blinds / curtains.
Layout
This 54 sqm apartment has an open american style kitchen in the living area. Everything is furnished and fully equipped; Fridge with freezer, dishwasher, washer dryer, electric hob, oven, microwave, kettle, coffe maker, kitchen ustensils etc.. The living room has a sofa couch, a coffee table, cable TV, and there is a breakfast and dining table for 6. Windows are all double glazed and have blinds that offer a complet darkness and privacy during day and night time.
The master bedroom has a double queen size bed, closet, desk. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and room to hang your clothes. One out of the two bedrooms overlooks onto a courtyard. Then the shower room (italian shower), equipped with two sinks. Toilets are separated.

For your check-in, one of our staff member will be there to welcome you. Household linen is furnished (bath towels, sheets). Internet with a wifi connection and cable TV are available. Careful though, GSM reception is very low whil you are within the apartment ! Everything is included in the price, there is no additional charge (note that credit card fee will apply).
